Relay42 deals with a tremendous amount of data on a daily basis, coming from a myriad of sources, while maintaining a 100% SLA availability. This talk will focus on the times when things went wrong, what we did to put things back on track, and the lessons we learned along the way.

He will talk about a couple of our most interesting technical incidents that kept the teams late at night, infrastructure, DevOps, discipline, and what to do when seemingly everything goes wrong.

At the end of the talk you’d have gotten a behind-the-scenes look at some of the most devastating technical problems that Relay42’s teams had to deal with under pressure, and gain some insights from our experience.
